The New Zealand Certificate in Real Estate (Salesperson) (Level 4) provides you with the knowledge and skills that you need to sell property in New Zealand. When you have successfully completed the qualification, you can apply for a Salesperson’s licence through the Real Estate Authority (REA).
It is important to note that you can only apply for your licence after you have been awarded your NZQA qualification. The Salesperson’s licence application is a separate process that takes approximately a month. Don’t wait. The sooner you start and complete our programme, the sooner you will receive your certificate, apply for your licence and start selling property.
This programme is split into three modules:

All students enrolling in a Strategi Institute course are classified as either domestic or international learners. Strategi Institute accepts both.
To enrol as a domestic student, you must meet the following criteria:

Complete your enrolment form
Click Start Application on the course page, choose your course, study method, and intake date, then enter your details. You can save and resume later if needed.

Provide supporting documents
We require certified photo ID (passport or driver’s licence) and may need documents to confirm eligibility, qualifications, and English proficiency.
Certification must be signed, dated in English, and less than six months old. See the Enrolment Checklist for details.

Make payment
Pay online by credit card or request an invoice. If using a discount code, select invoice and enter the code. All documents and payment must be received at least 7 days before your intake date.

This course has two intakes every month. Your intake date is your enrolment start date, regardless of the delivery mode selected.
For example, your intake date may be 1 June, and your classroom dates are 25th -27th July. The start date of your course is 1 June.
You must be enrolled in an intake before attending a classroom and accessing the course material/assignments. Each intake has a cut-off date for students to enrol by. This is to ensure your enrolment is processed before your enrolment start date.
