New Zealand Certificate in Real Estate (Salesperson) (Level 4)

Overview

The New Zealand Certificate in Real Estate (Salesperson) (Level 4) provides you with the knowledge and skills that you need to sell property in New Zealand. When you have successfully completed the qualification, you can apply for a Salesperson’s licence through the Real Estate Authority (REA).

It is important to note that you can only apply for your licence after you have been awarded your NZQA qualification. The Salesperson’s licence application is a separate process that takes approximately a month. Don’t wait.
